At the beginning of 2018, the Chinese Xiv Psychology preprint platform, the first of its kind jointly built by Chinese Academy of Sciences, announced its completion of construction and will soon be available online. The sub-platform of Psychology Preprint is jointly established by ChinaXiv and Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It aims to gather scientists in the field of psychology through this platform, improve open access to psychology, and accelerate the development of Chinese psychology preprint. ChinaXiv (http://chinaxiv.org/), a platform for publishing scientific papers under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is China's first pre-publication platform operating in accordance with international norms. Since its launch in 2016, it has published over 10,000 pre-printed papers, which has gained some influence. In order to better promote the development of preprints in various fields, the co-construction of the preprint sub-platform with outstanding research institutions and teams in the field has become one of the strategic development directions of ChinaXiv 2018. ChinaXiv is responsible for the construction of the domain preprint sub-platform, which will be promoted and popularized by outstanding research institutions and teams in the field. Data sharing between ChinaXiv and the domain preprint sub-platform will be presented independently, so as to better provide scientists with the service of preprint.
