The first Chinese Conference on Motor Behavior and Brain Health and the second National Conference on Motor Cognitive Neuroscience was held in Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences from June 20 to 21, 2019. A total of 130 participants from home and abroad attended the conference. On the afternoon of the 21st, Wei Guang, a member of the Management Committee of China Psychology Preprint Platform and director of the library of the Institute of Psychology, was invited to give a report on the conference titled "Preprint -- A New Mode of Academic Communication".
